This book is a compilation of photographs I took on the subject of fast
food takeaways. The aim of the project was to capture the predominant
anti-designed rawness of these places, and the committed people that
run them. They are often owned by families of immigrants who work
many long hours in tough conditions. The book documents where
these people originate from and how many hours they work in a week.
